Here's one of the local playgrounds at night. It seems to be 1950's vintage, from the good old days before safety standards existed. One of my neighbors referred to the slide as a "toothcracker." I know it's also a "headsmacker." if you don't pay attention when climbing the ladder, you'll smack your head against the railing of the turret. (Hmmm... I wonder what people think seeing me skulk around in a children's playground, with a camera, at night...) |
